Overview
Yagentz is a direct buyer-to-seller property marketplace for the Georgia market. Sellers list for free, buyers search by map and filter, and the part that normally requires an agent - writing a formal offer - is handled by a guided flow inside the product for a flat $9.99, at 0% buyer-side commission.
The challenge
A buyer's agent commission of around 3% costs the average transaction thousands of dollars, but going direct means handling listings, disclosures, financing types and the offer paperwork yourself. Marketplaces make the browsing easy and then hand the hard part back to the user.
Our solution
We delivered a web portal plus iOS and Android apps over one listing platform: free property listing with photos and video, locality map search with price, size, bed, bath and property-type filters, saved favourites and price-drop alerts, and property intelligence such as nearby school ratings and distances. The nine-step offer builder captures price, loan type (FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA), pre-approval letter upload and contingencies, and buyer, seller and loan guides plus commission and mortgage calculators sit alongside a local service-provider directory.

Search by locality map
Price pins on a live map with filters for price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, state and property type - from single-family homes to land.
List a property for free
A guided listing flow with address lookup, map location picker, pricing, photos and video - no listing fee and no agent in between.

Offer price, loan type (FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA), financing details and pre-approval letter upload, submitted for a flat $9.99.

Nearby public and private schools with grades, ratings and distance shown on the listing, alongside house tours and direct offers.

The result
Yagentz is live on the web, the App Store (v1.5.1, May 2026) and Google Play. The apps are free, listing a property is free, and an offer costs a flat $9.99 against a traditional 3% buyer-side commission - roughly $7,500 saved on a $250,000 purchase.
